The cost of this insurance is 5% of the cost of your stay.

In the case of early departure, the Insurance also reimburses you for the unused nights.

How do I cancel or interrupt my holiday?
To cancel or interrupt your stay, the process is very simple. You can follow these steps:
- Call or e-mail contact@travelparadise.fr to inform us of your intention to cancel or interrupt your stay.
- Provide the necessary information: Be prepared to provide all the information required, such as the reason for cancellation or interruption, and any supporting documents requested.
- Follow the instructions: Our team will guide you through the cancellation or interruption process, informing you of the steps to follow and any documents required.
- Wait for confirmation: Once you have followed the procedure, wait for confirmation that your holiday has been canceled or interrupted.
- 48 hours later, you will receive your refund.
Don't forget to check the terms and conditions of your booking and the insurance details to make sure you follow the specific procedures.
What commitments must you adhere to regarding the insurer?
Upon subscription to the contract:
- The Insured must pay the premium.
- The Insured must answer all the questions asked by the Insurer, in particular on the declaration form, to enable the Insurer to assess the risks covered.
In the event of a claim:
- The Insured must declare the claim within 5 working days of becoming aware of the claim.
- The Insured must provide the Insurer with all supporting documents necessary for the implementation of the guarantees and assistance services provided under the contract.
