Welcome to Villa Passé Simple. Located in the heart of the Île de Ré, just steps from the port of Saint Martin, it is a true haven of peace for those in search of a charming rental. This stone house, bathed in light thanks to its many windows overlooking the courtyard and the heated pool/spa, combines modern comfort and authenticity. You will be immediately seduced by the warm and cosy atmosphere that reigns there.
Included in the price: bed linen, an intermediate cleaning during your week of rental, change of linen every 7 days.
An adult bicycle is also available upon arrival, with assistance throughout the island in case of breakdown. (children's bikes and electric bikes available at an additional cost on request)

The villa can easily accommodate up to 12 people, with its 4 bedrooms located on the first floor. Each one has its own bathroom, with the exception of a shared shower room.
The top floor is entirely dedicated to the master suite, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. Outside, a beautiful wooden terrace awaits you, with a relaxation area and a dining area, perfect for summer evenings.

Excellent house with great character in a superb location. Having access to bikes for the week was a wonderful way to experience the Island and visit great beaches. The support from the team at Travel Paradise was professional and friendly.
